This project involved the full restoration and rebuild of a custom log home following a major chimney fire. GoBilds was brought in to take over from Paul Davis Systems after delays, completing the recovery in just six months. The scope included the removal and reconstruction of the second floor, extensive restoration of the main floor and basement, and installation of a custom cedar shake roof. Key efforts focused on preserving the original log structure—saving the insurer an estimated $500,000—while modernizing the home with energy-efficient windows and a fully rebuilt, WETT-certified fireplace and chimney. Total project value was approximately $1.2 million.
